As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach I have seen how the past 18 months have affected both the physical and mental health of many of my clients. Fear and uncertainty, loss or interruption of work, and adjusting to a new way of living have added additional sources of stress to their already busy lives. 

Every day I see first-hand how regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and a positive mindset:

  • Increase our sense of well-being

  • Reduce feelings of anxiety, tension, and depression

  • Relieve stress

  • Boost energy and overall mood 

  • Improve our immune system and ability to recover from illness

 

To help support members of my community during these difficult times, I have developed a new program, “Life Has No Pause Button, Maintaining Health & Wellness in Challenging Circumstances”. I am offering this presentation free to businesses who feel their employees or clients could benefit from 3-dimensional health strategies that will help them go from overwhelm to in control and teach them how to get (or stay) fit in the midst of a busy, complicated, sometimes stressful sort of life.
