I'm a working mom with 5 kids, 1 husband 😉 and a dog. Do I know busy? Yep!

I've spent the last decade as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, working with clients of all ages, each with their unique health and fitness goals. During this time I’ve seen countless women, in their mid to late 30s and beyond, struggling with the phases of menopause. They’re overwhelmed, frustrated and feel like nothing is working.

These are women juggling the demands of careers, families, and aging parents, all while feeling like they’re failing in their pursuit of well-being.

As a woman over 50, I understand firsthand the changes that perimenopause brings. I’ve had to adapt my lifestyle, prioritize rest and recovery, and navigate the challenges of balancing family responsibilities.

Last year I decided to take action and embark on a mission to serve women like me. I’ve realized my true calling - my purpose - is to offer them the support, knowledge and empowerment they need to thrive during this transformative phase. From this place, The Perimenopause Body Code Program was created.

 

Every day I hear the same frustrated questions from women:

"What exactly is going on with my body?"

"Why aren't the things I used to do working any more?"

"Is it even possible to lose weight at my age?"

 

The internet and social media are absolutely flooded with courses, coaches, and hype - all promising to help us get results, but ultimately only adding to our overwhelm and confusion. The Perimenopause Body Code will help you cut through the noise and get back to the basics - no super shakes or magic pills required!

While it covers a lot of ground, from diet and exercise to sleep and mental health, I promise you that its purpose is to provide simple, sustainable strategies you can stick to for life.

My Vision

My goal is simply to demystify fitness and nutrition and design a plan that RESPECTS YOUR REAL LIFE! No "one-size-fits-all" solutions. No special products (or foods) to buy. No scary workouts led by supermodel athletes. Just simple daily strategies to help you meet your goals.
