When it comes to your health and fitness journey, you don't have to be perfect to make progress.
I know it can be easy to get caught up trying to eat "clean", exercise every single day, and stick to a strict routine in order to see results. But the truth is that's not necessary to achieve your goals. In fact, striving for perfection can often lead to burnout or feelings of failure when you slip up.
Instead, I encourage you to focus on progress over perfection. Celebrate small wins and be proud of yourself for making healthier choices, even if they're not always "perfect." Remember that your body is unique and has its own needs and preferences.
It's okay to indulge in your favourite treats every once in a while, as long as you're making mostly healthy choices overall. It's also okay to take rest days from exercise or try different types of workouts that you enjoy. Remember that consistency is key, so if you have an off day or meal, don't stress - just get back to your regular routine as soon as possible.
There is more (much more!) to life than protein grams and vegetable servings.
It's important to enjoy the journey and find a sustainable approach that works for you and your lifestyle.
As a nutrition coach, I'm here to support you and help you find the right balance for your individual needs and goals. Let's work together to create a plan that works for you and helps you make progress towards your health and fitness goals, without the pressure of perfection.
